Give your Vol-au-vents a great creamy choco filling.Choco poha pudding with Hersheys choco syrup and fresh cream topping .Enjoy with family on festivals ,for Kitti parties too..Poha pudding cooked in milk and Hershys syrup added to fill Vol au vent cases .Indo french delight.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 6- 8 Vol-au Vent Cases(or as required)
  2. 1 cup choco poha ( you can use normal poha flakes too)
  3. 2-4 tblspn Hersheys choco syrup
  4. 1-2 tblspn fresh Cream
  5. 2 cups Milk
  6. 2Tblspn sugar
  7. Some Oreo choco fresh cream buiscuits


  1. Heat 2 cups milk
  2. keep ingredients ready
  3. add 2 tbsp sugar to milk stir mix
  4. add poha flakes to hot milk, Stir
  5. cook Stirring till it thickens
  6. Cool remove in bowl now
  7. Get ready your Vol au vent cases ,Hershey's chocolate syrup and fresh cream
  8. Place Vol au vent cases in a tray
  9. See that base of case is intact
  10. Start filling base with Hershey s chocolate syrup and the ready poha pudding
  11. All cases well filled with the filling
  12. Now add some chico syrup on the filling
  13. Top this with fresh cream
  14. Place Oreo biscuits on side and half moons on the ready Vol Au Vents
  15. Serve cold or as is
