Mouthwatering tikka we always try paneer tikka with bread crumbs,crushed papads,groundnuts and many more so this time i have done something new

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cup paneer cubed pieces
  2. 1 cup Boiled moong daal
  3. 1 cup hung curd
  4. 1 tsp besan
  5. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  6. 1 tsp kasoori methi
  7. 1 tsp lemon juice
  8. salt accd to taste
  9. red chilli powder accd to taste
  10. jeera powder accd to taste

Instructions

  1. First we make a marinate the panner
  2. In a bowl add hung curd,salt,red chilli powder,besan and lemon juice mix all ingredients very well,
  3. Keep this mixture in fridge for 20 mins
  4. After words when it is done coat with moong daal and bake it for 15 mins till it comes golden colour
  5. I always bake in otg
  6. Serve with spiced onion and lettuce
  7. Serve with green chutney
