ABOUT one pot chicken quinoa RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup quinoa
  2. a bunch of bok choy, chopped
  3. one fourth Cup carrot, chopped
  4. 150 grams chicken breast pc, cut in cube
  5. chicken broth
  6. oregano 1 teaspoon
  7. Jalapeno one teaspoon
  8. salt to taste
  9. pepper powder half teaspoon
  10. butter one teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Arrange all the ingredients.
  2. In a hot Pan add butter and all the veggies.
  3. Saute for 2 minutes and add seasonings. Now add quinoa. Mix well & add chicken broth.
  4. Now cover the pan for 15 minutes or till quinoa cooked totally.
  5. Serve hot
