Veggie oats and noodles, this is one pot meal for everyone.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Saffola masala veggie oats-1/2packet
  2. Knorr shezwan noodles-1small packet
  3. Maggi oats noodles-1smallpacket
  4. Turmeric powder-1/2teaspoon
  5. Black pepper powder-1teaspoon
  6. Coriander powder-1/2teaspoon
  7. Oil
  8. Water for boiling
  9. Carrot and green peas par boiled-1katori
  10. Salt as per taste


  1. Boil noodles with oats and little drops of oil
  2. Heat oil in a pan
  3. Add cumin seeds and ajwain and saute them.
  4. Now add grated or chopped garlic and saute it
  5. Add chopped onion and saute it.
  6. Add chopped tomato and saute it. Now add dry masalas-turmeric powder, black pepper powder,coriander powder, shezwan masala powder,salt and mix well.
  7. Now add boiled noodles with oats and cook for 2 minutes on SIM. Garnish with pomegramate pearls and serve hot. Thanks Madhu rai kalra
