Puffed Rice 2 cup
Jaggery 1/2 cup
Hershey's chocolate syrup 3/4 cup
Roasted nuts 3 tbs
Roasted Cumin powder 1/8 tsp
Dry ginger powder 1/8 tsp
Water 3tbs

Instructions

In a large pan toast puffed rice on lowet flame.while toasting stir puffed rice constantly.
On a heavy skillet add Hershey's chocolate syrup,
Add 1/2 cup of jaggery.and stir well.
Once jaggery melt completely with Hershey chocolate syrup and it becomes thick.
Take a small bowl with water.add a little drop of chocolate jaggery melts into water.
Gather drop of syrup from water.if it is formable like a small Ball it is perfect stage.
Add Instantly puffed rice, roasted cumin powder,dry ginger powder to Hershey chocolate syrup-jaggery syrup.
Mix quickly as possible.in another bowl take a mixture of oil& water.
Rub both hands with oil and water mixture.take small amount of chocolate syrup coated puffed rice.
Press with both hand . give it round shap.
Store in airtight container.
