THIS MY GRAND MOTHER IN LAW'S RECIPE WHICH IS HEALTHY SPECIALLY IN WINTER SEASON.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2 cups wheat flour
  2. 1 CUP + 2 TBSP GHEE ( PURE )
  3. 1/2 CUP FINELY CHOPPED DRY FRUITS OF YOUR CHOICE
  4. 2 tbsp poppy seeds
  5. 2 CARDAMOM ( POWDERED )
  6. 1 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. TAKE A PAN AND PUT 1 CUP GHEE IN THE PAN AND PUT CARDAMOM POWDER IN IT.
  2. ADD WHEAT FLOUR AND START ROASTING IT OVER LOW FLAME.
  3. WHEN IT CHANGES ITS'S COLOUR ADD POPPY SEEDS AND DRY FRUITS
  4. ROAST IT TILL YOU FEEL THE COLOUR IS UP TO IT'S MARK OR IT IS LITTLE BROWNISH IN COLOR
  5. IN THE END PUT SUGAR IN IT AND WITHIN ONE OR TWO MINUTES SWITCH OFF THE GAS
  6. WHEN SLIGHTLY COOLED DOWN MAKE SMALL LADOOS OUT OF IT
  7. IF YOU FEEL THE MIXTURE HAS BECOME DRY ADD THE LEFTOVER 2 TBSP GHEE AND THE MAKE SMALL BALLS OUT OF IT.
