Mix paneer and potato together gently mixing bowl.
Add chopped onion, chopped coriander leaves, green chilli pest, salt, chilli powder to the bowl.
Mix all the ingredients together gently taste once to make sure the seasoning is proper.
Add a tsp of corn flour Mix it well using hands
Now take a bit of the mixture and shape it into a small ball.
Make repeat again.
Now to make the better,take 2tbsp of corn flour in a bowl Add some salt and chilli powder Mix it well
Add some water and mix it well you get a thick better
Dip the balls in this better and roll them in the bread crumbs keep aside
Refrigerator the balls for about 10 minutes
Heat some oil in a kadai
Once the oil is hit roll the balls in your palms and gently drop them into the oil.
Deep fry the balls on a law flame until they turn a golden brown color and then carefully remove them from the pan and drain the excess oil.
Serve hot with green chatny or any dip.
