ABOUT Creepy witch fingers RECIPE

Best for a halloween party. All would enjoy munching on these crunchy cookies licking the (blood)jam on it as my kids did. Made in a jiffy .no special preplanning or preparations required. Just get,set and go.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Wheat flour + maida 90 grams
  2. Cornflour 10 grams
  3. Soft Clarified butter / amul butter 1/4 cup
  4. Sugar powder 1/4 cup
  5. Cardamon powder 1/2 tsp ( optional)
  6. Any red coloured jam

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
  2. Beat the butter and sugar powder till fluffy and creamy. Takes just few minutes.
  3. Add in the flour s and cardamon powder. Stir and fold gently.
  4. Make small balls first
  5. Now roll each ball between your palms to elongate it ill 3 inch finger .make lines with blunt side of knife.
  6. Shape one end pointy and one end blunt
  7. Arrange on a tray lined with parchment .keep in the freezer covered for 10 minutes.
  8. Now put it straight into the oven at reduced temperature of 160 ° for 15 minutes or till you see the base is pale brown
  9. Remove from oven .let it cool for 5 minutes.now place on cooling rack . apply the jam on the pointed tip.
  10. Enjoy
