Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. APF 2cups
  2. Dry active yeast-1tsp
  3. Salt-to taste
  4. Sugar-2Tbsp
  5. Milk powder-1tbsp
  6. Luke warm water-1/2 cup
  7. Boiled potatoes-2
  8. carrots and beans-1/2 cup
  9. Fried peanuts and cashew-1/4 cup
  10. Zeera-1tsp
  11. Coriander seeds-1tsp
  12. Ajwain-1/2tsp
  13. Amchoor-1/2 tsp
  14. Blackpepper crushed- 1/2 tsp
  15. Garam masala-1 tsp
  16. 1/4 cup - coriander and mint leaves
  17. Curry leaves-10/12
  18. Green chilly-2/3
  19. Ginger 1 inch


  1. For the dough: Take luke warm water and add sugar to it. Add yeast and let it rest aside in warm place till the yeast is frothy.
  2. In a bowl add maida,salt and milk powder.Add the yeast mixture and knead into a smooth dough. Adding little oil time to time. Keep this dough in a warm place for 2 hours or till the dough is doubled up.
  3. For the stuffing : Boil and mash 2 potatoes. Finely chop carrots and beans. Fry peanuts and cashews.
  4. For the masala paste: Add All the whole masalas and the green leaves. Grind into a smooth paste.
  5. Add little oil in a pan.Cook the masala paste and then add the veggies and boiled potatoes. Add salt to taste and lastly add the nuts.
  6. After 2 hours take out the dough and knead it a while and make equal size balls.
  7. Roll them thinly in to roti shapes. Keep stuffing in the middle. Starting from an end close the samosa.Keep it in a warm place for an hour.
  8. After an hour milk wash them and bake in a preheated ovan for 20 mins at 200degree C
