Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Rice flour : 250 gm
  2. Butter : 50 gm
  3. Red chilli powder : 1/4 tea spoon
  4. Salt : 1 table spoon
  5. Oil for frying : 3 cup
  6. Aajwain : 1/2 table spoon
  7. Milk : 1 Cup
  8. Haldi powder : 1/4 tea spoon

Instructions

  1. First of all take a boul put rice flour then add Aajwain, haldi powder, red chilli powder, salt, butter and then from this mixture make dough with the help of milk.
  2. Then keep in the rest upto 10 minutes.
  3. Then take a chakli maker grease with oil inside for smoothness.
  4. Then fill dough inside and make chakli on butter paper.
  5. Then fry it one by one on pan which is already heated with oil.
  6. Then keep out and serve it.
