Ingredients to make Maggi Pazzta Mushroom Soup

  • 1 packet Maggi Pazzta Cheesy tomato twist
  • 2+2 cups water
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 cup sliced mushroom
  • 1/4 cup chopped carrot
  • 2 tbsp sweet corn
  • 2 tbsp red and green capsicum
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp grated processed cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • chilly flakes for seasoning
  • Crushed pepper for seasoning

How to make Maggi Pazzta Mushroom Soup

  1. ADD 2 CUPS OF WATER
  2. CUT OPEN THE MAGGI PAZZTA PACK AND THE TASTEMAKER
  3. ADD THE MAGGI PAZZTA AND THE TASTEMAKER
  4. STIR WELL AND BRING TO A BOIL AND SIMMER FOR 5 MINS.
  5. TRANSFER TO A BOWL AND KEEP ASIDE.
  6. ADD 1 TSP BUTTER AND ADD 1 CUP SLICED MUSHROOM
  7. SEASON WITH SALT AND CRUSHED PEPPER AND SAUTE FOR 5 MINS
  8. ADD 1/4 CUP CHOPPED CARROT, 2 TBSP SWEET CORN, 2 TBSP RED AND GREEN CAPSICUM
  9. SAUTE FOR 2 MINS
  10. ADD 2 CUPS WATER AND BRING TO A BOIL
  11. ADD THE COOKED PASTA AND STIR WELL
  12. ADD 1 TBSP CHOPPED CORIANDER LEAVES , 2 TBSP GRATED CHEESE AND CHILLY FLAKES AS PER TASTE
  13. SEASON WITH CRUSHED PEPPER AND TAKE OFF THE HEAT.
