Noodles cooked in chilli and chicken and veggies sauteed in garlic soya sauce

Ingredients Serving: 6

Oil 4 tbsp
Noodles boiled 400gms
Salt 1 tsp
Chilli powder 1tsp
Garlic ginger paste 1tbsp
Dry red chilli 3broken
Soya sauce 3tsp
Sauce
Oil 3tbsp
Chicken shredded 300 gms
Garlic chopped 6..8flakes
Chilli sauce green 2tsp
Spring onions 1/2cup
Capsicum 1 shredded
Carrot 1 shredded
Baby corn sliced 4
Cabbage shredded 1/2cup
Mushroom 4..6sliced
Soya sauce light 1tsp
Chicken stock 3 cup
Vinegar 2tsp
Salt 1tsp
Black pepper powder 1tsp
Cornflour 4tbsp dissolved in a cup

Instructions

In a Wok, heat oil and add broken chillies ,ginger garlic paste, chilli powder ,Salt, soya sauce
Add boiled noodles and stir fry
Sauce Heat oil and add garlic, chicken, Salt, pepper
When chicken is golden add onions, carrots, cabbage, mushroom, baby corn,
Add all the left veggies and sauces and stir fry for 5minutes
Add chicken stock
Add dissolved cornflour in the sauce
Adjust seasonings
Increase water if the sauce is too thick
Add vinegar in the end so that the sauce is tangy Sprinkle some spring onions on top
Serve with chili noodles
