Milk based coconut sweet

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. grated coconut 1 Cup
  2. milk 1/2 cup
  3. sugar 1/2 cup
  4. cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon
  5. ghee 1 tablespoon
  6. Nuts for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Add Ghee in a pan and saute coconut till raw smell disappears.
  2. add milk and sugar and cooking a low Flame.
  3. Once it thickens and cardamom powder and mix well.
  4. After reaches Burfi consistency switch off flame..
  5. Add nuts to it and serve.
