Ingredients to make Maggi Pazzta Mushroom Soup

  • 1 packet Maggi Pazzta Cheesy tomato twist
  • 2+2 cups water
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 cup sliced mushroom
  • 1/4 cup chopped carrot
  • 2 tbsp sweet corn
  • 2 tbsp red and green capsicum
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp grated processed cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • chilly flakes for seasoning
  • Crushed pepper for seasoning

How to make Maggi Pazzta Mushroom Soup

  1. HEAT 2 CUPS WATER, CUT OPEN 1 MAGGI CHEESY TOMATO TWIST PAZZTA PACKET
  2. ADD THE PAZZTA & THE TASTEMAKER WHICH COMES ALONG WITH THE PACK INTO THE WATER
  3. STIR WELL, BRING TO A BOIL, SIMMER FOR 5 MINS
  4. THE PAZZTA IS READY, TAKE OFF HEAT & SET ASIDE
  5. HEAT 1 TSP BUTTER, ADD 1 CUP SLICED MUSHROOMS
  6. ADD SALT & PEPPER POWDER TO TASTE, SAUTE FOR 5 MINS
  7. ADD 1/4 CUP CHOPPED CARROTS, 2 TBSP EACH OF SWEET CORN, RED & GREEN BELL PEPPERS
  8. SAUTE FOR 2 MINS
  9. ADD 2 CUPS WATER, BRING TO A BOIL
  10. ADD THE COOKED PAZZTA, STIR WELL
  11. ADD 1 TBSP CORIANDER LEAVES, 2 TBSP GRATED CHEESE, RED CHILLI FLAKES TO TASTE
  12. SEASON WITH PEPPER POWDER, TAKE OFF HEAT, SERVE HOT
