Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Raggi 200g
  2. Sugar 4 spoon (brown sugar is good to taste)
  3. Salt a pinch
  4. Cardamom powder 1/4 spoon
  5. Coconut shredded 4 spoon

Instructions

  1. Take raggi in a bowl..
  2. Put In a water few min.. Until it getting soft .
  3. Nd drain it completely Nd keep it aside.
  4. Put cloth on idly plate spread the raggi like this.(without clothe also can) ... Nd steam it for 5 min with Medium flame
  5. After steam remove raggi from cloth put it in a bowl
  6. Add all ingredients coconut sugar salt Cardomam powder
  7. Now ready to Serve
  8. It's Really Tasty
