Ingredients: 5 to 6 simple khakhra; 1 cup fresh tomato puree; 1 tbsp tomato ketchup; 1 tsp Red chilli flack; 1 tsp dried oregano; 10 fresh basil leaves; Salt to taste; 1/2 tsp sugar; 1 tsp oil; 1 tbsp corn kernels; 3 tbsp chopped red, yellow and green capsicum; 1 tbsp chopped zucchini; Grated cheese for sprinkle

Italian khakhra pizza chaat is a desi Italian fusion delight.

Ingredients Serving: 3

5 to 6 simple khakhra
1 cup fresh tomato puree
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp Red chilli flack
1 tsp dried oregano
10 fresh basil leaves
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp oil
1 tbsp corn kernels
3 tbsp chopped red, yellow and green capsicum
1 tbsp chopped zucchini
Grated cheese for sprinkle

Instructions

To make a sauce
Heat tomato puree in a pan and cook 4 to 5 minutes
Add tomato ketchup and mix it well
Add all spices and mix it well
Remove from heat and cool
Heat remaining olive oil in a pan
Add all chopped vegetable ,corn kernels and saute for a minute
Remove from heat and cool
Fill each Khakhra with a portion of the prepare vegetable mixer and top with sprinkle cheese.
Serve immediately.
