Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 5 to 6 momos
  2. 4 onions
  3. 5 big tomatoes
  4. 2 green cardamom
  5. 1 big cardamom
  6. Ginger garlic chopped 3tbsp
  7. 2tbsp cashew soaked in water
  8. 1 cup of fresh cream
  9. Oil for deep fry
  10. Coriander
  11. Salt, chilli and garam masala acc. To taste
  12. 1 tbsp butter


  1. 1. Deep fries the momos and take out it on tissue paper.
  2. 2. Take a wok add oil 2tbsp and ginger garlic and saute well.and also add cardamom in it.
  3. 3. Roughly diced the onion and tomatoes.
  4. 4. Add onion and Tomatoes in wok add little salt and saute well. Until all comes soft together.
  5. 5. Take out and let it be cool and make a fine puree of it.
  6. 6. Take a same wok add butter add puree saute well add kaju paste and fresh cream samt and and all spices. Saute until it start leaving pan.
  7. 7. Now add half cup water and fried momos ad garniah with coriender.
