I used mushroom and other vegetable and serve with souse

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Mushroom 6 nos cut into small pieces
  2. Carrots 1 no cut small pieces
  3. Capsicum 1/2 nos cut small pieces
  4. Patta Goni 1tbs cut small pieces
  5. Spring Onion 1 no cut small pieces
  6. Garlic 5-6 clove cut small pieces
  7. Green Chilli 1 no
  8. Black paper 1 tsp
  9. Salt
  10. Oil for greasing
  11. Plain flour for make momos 1 cup
  12. salt
  13. Hot water as required

Instructions

  1. Take plain flour add salt and mix properly then add hot water and make dough soft knee 5-6 min and rest it 30 min
  2. All vegetables are cut into small pieces mix all and add salt and black pepper mix it well
  3. Take small portion of dough and make small puri then put 1 spoon veg mixture into center and covered it
  4. Now take steamers grease with oil and put all momos and steam around 8-10 minuets
  5. Veg momos are ready for serving with souse
