Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup Kambu grains ( Bajra Seeds )
  2. 2 green chillies
  3. Handful of curry leaves
  4. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak the kambu grains overnight.
  2. Grind them the next day adding very little water to a thick paste
  3. Also add in the green chilli and Curry leaves while grinding.
  4. Leave the batter to set for 2 hours
  5. Grease the Paniyaram pan with enough oil and place a spoonful of this kambu batter.
  6. Cook well on both sides
  7. They are crispy out and soft inside
