Ingredients to make Mixed veg

  • onion 2
  • tomatoes 2
  • Green chilli 2
  • garlic 4 clove
  • ginger crushed
  • Green coriander
  • oil
  • potatoes 1
  • carrot 2
  • Beans 100 gm
  • corn kernel 1/2 cup
  • cauliflower 1
  • Green peas 1/2 cup
  • cumin seeds 1 spoon
  • asafoetida 1/4 spoon
  • Red chilli 2
  • bay leaf 2
  • Garam masala 1 spoon
  • turmeric powder 1 spoon
  • salt as per ur taste
  • chilli powder 1 spoon
  • Green coriander 2 spoon
  • Amchoor powder 1 spoon

How to make Mixed veg

  1. Wash all the vegetables and cut them in piece.
  2. Chopped onion,tomato,green Chilli,green coriander,garlic,ginger.
  3. Heat oil in a wok on medium heat. Add cumin seeds. When seeds change the color, add asafoetida. Add bay leaves and red chilli and fry for a few seconds. Add chopped onions and fry until onions are translucent.
  4. Add grated ginger and chopped chilies and fry again for a few seconds.
  5. Add turmeric powder carrots, french beans, cauliflower florets,and potato pieces. Mix well and fry all the veggies for a couple of minutes. Add salt, red chili powder and coriander powder. Mix well and cover the lid. Cook on low heatfor 5 minutes.
  6. Add corn kernels,and garam masala and amchoor powder. Mix gently and fry for a couple of minutes. Turn off the heat.
  7. Dry mix veg is ready. Garnish the delicious veggies with chopped green coriander.
