Ingredients to make Mixed beans veg manchurian

  • Overnight soaked mixed beans 1cup ( white chickpeas black chickpeas kidney beans and yellow peas)
  • Mix veg 2 cup ( onion spring onion carrot Capsicum french beans ginger garlic cabbage)
  • gram flour 1 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch 2 tablespoon
  • Soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • Red chili sauce 1 tbsp
  • tomato catchup 1 tbsp
  • vinegar 2 tablespoon
  • salt according to taste
  • oil 8 tablespoons

How to make Mixed beans veg manchurian

  1. Chopped all vegetables onion and garlic cut in Julian
  2. Grind mix beans using 2 tbsp water
  3. Take out all grand mixture in mixing bowl
  4. Add chopped vegetables
  5. Add gram flour and salt
  6. Add 1 tbsp cornstarch
  7. Mix all ingredients and make a soft dough
  8. Teak some portion make small ball
  9. Make all balls
  10. Heat 6 tbsp oil in a pan and fry balls
  11. Fry all balls until become golden colour
  12. Heat 2 tbsp oil in 10 head chopped garlic and onion and Ginger julian's
  13. Sauté few seconds
  14. Add soya sauce and vinegar
  15. Now at Tomato Ketchup
  16. Add chilli sauce
  17. Sauté few seconds
  18. Add salt
  19. Add 2 tablespoons water in 1 tablespoons cornstarch and make a thin better
  20. Add these better in pan
  21. Now add fry balls and spring onion
  22. Mix very well
  23. Now mixed beans veg manchurian a healthy bit's ready for serve
