Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup moong dal
  2. Fresh cottage cheese
  3. 2 tbsp Chopped veggies of choice
  4. 2 green chillies
  5. Salt as per taste
  6. Ghee
  7. Spices( rock salt, black pepper, roated and grounded cumin seeds, and any other spices of your taste)


  1. Soak moong dal overnight
  2. Now blend soaked moong dal with green chillies in grinder till it is of pancake consistency.Add salt and water as required
  3. Pour few drops of ghee over hot pan. Now pour a laddle of moong dal paste. Spread it using spatula. Turn it upside down.
  4. Mix cottage cheese and veggies with spices of choice.
  5. Now place the chilla on a plate . Put some veggie mix into its centre. Roll it and serve it with coriander chutney.
