Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Ghee 1/2 cup
  2. Gram flour/ besan 1/2 cup
  3. All purpose flour /Maida 1/2 cup
  4. Powder sugar 1 cup
  5. Baking powder 1 teaspoon
  6. Elachi powder 1 teaspon

Instructions

  1. Beat ghee with sugar.
  2. Add flour, elachi powder and baking powder to the ghee sugar mixture.
  3. Make a soft and a smooth dough.
  4. Divide and make small even sized balls from the dough.
  5. Bake in preheated oven at 170 degree centigrade for 40 minutes.
