Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup wheat flour
  2. Salt
  3. Boiled Masoor Dal 1/4 cup
  4. 3-4 tsp mashed potato
  5. 1 tsp chopped coriander
  6. 1/2 tsp red chilly powder
  7. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  8. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  9. 3-4 eggs
  10. 1/4 cup onions
  11. 1/4 cup tomatoes
  12. Water
  13. Olive oil
  14. Green chillies chopped

Instructions

  1. Boil Masoor Dal with salt and turmeric.
  2. Make the stuffing with Masoor Dal,mashed potato ,coriander and other spices.
  3. Take wheat flour in stand mixer,add water gradually and form a soft dough.
  4. Take a small portion of dough,roll it and add stuffing.Seal the sides and roll it with rolling pin to form Poori.
  5. Take oil in flat pan,fry the poori’s.Flip and fry both the sides.
  6. For egg bhurji,beat eggs with salt.
  7. Take 2-3 tsp of oil in a pan,add salt,fry onions.
  8. Add chopped tomatoes,fry for 2-3 minutes.
  9. Add the eggs and fry it for sometime.Sprinkle chopped green chillies.
  10. Egg bhurji is ready.
  11. Serve Dal Poori with egg bhurji.
