Wi-fi dosa

Ingredients to make Wi-fi dosa

  • 3 cups rice
  • 1 cup urad dal
  • salt as needed
  • Green chilli 2 chopped
  • oil 2 tbsp
  • jeera 1 tbsp
  • water as needed
  • methi seeds 1 tbsp

How to make Wi-fi dosa

  1. Wash the rice and urad daal well. 
  2. Add the fenugreek seeds to the mix and fill enough water in the rice-daal bowl Soak overnight.
  3. drain all the water from the rice and urad daal. 
  4. Now put some in grind - adding very little water if needed until it forms smooth paste.
  5. Now add enough water until it forms batter
  6. Now add salt to taste and keep the dosa batter aside in a warm, dark spot, covered, for 6 to 8 hours.
  7. Now take a pan and add oil and add batter and spread and add some green chilli, jeera and flip and cut in the shape of wifi
  8. Now serve it with ginger chutney...
