Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Adamant creeper- 1 cup
  2. Idly rice -200g
  3. Moong dal-50g
  4. Channa dal-25g
  5. Red chilli-6
  6. Curry leaves
  7. Gingelly oil
  8. Mustard seed-1/2 spoon
  9. Onion (chopped)-1
  10. Salt
  11. Turmeric powder-1/4 spoon
  12. Hing-1/2 spoon


  1. Soak idly rice, moong Dal and channa Dal for 3 hours
  2. In mixer jar, put soaked rice and Dal , red chillies and 10 curry leaves, grind it like a dosa batter
  3. In pan, add gingelly oil Add mustard seed,curry leaves and onion
  4. Add above sauted onion with batter
  5. Add turmeric powder,salt and hing
  6. In dosa pan , pour one ladle prepared batter and spread it
  7. Pour one spoon gingelly oil
  8. Flip it , make sure both side is cooked well
  9. Serve the hot and tasty adament creeper dosa with chutney
