About Mini dibbarotti Recipe

It will be crispy out side and soft inside and tastes good with tomato pickle

Mini dibbarotti

Ingredients to make Mini dibbarotti

  • urad dal 2 cups
  • rice 1 cup
  • Idly ravva 1 cup
  • oil 3-4 tbsp
  • jeera 1 tbsp
  • water as needed
  • salt as needed

How to make Mini dibbarotti

  1. Firstly soak urad Dal, rice and ravva for 4-5 hours
  2. Now grind urad dal, rice into fine paste by adding little water
  3. Now add ravva and ferment overnight
  4. Add enough salt to it
  5. Now take a mini tadakha pan and apply oil, jeera
  6. And pour batter and cook until it is golden brown on both sides
