Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. DOUGH PREPARATION:
  2. All purpose flour 1.5 cups.
  3. salt 1/2 teaspoon.
  4. oil 1 tablespoon.
  5. Warm water 1/4 cup + 1/2 cup.
  6. butter 1 tablespoon.
  7. egg 1 no.
  8. Instant yeast 3/4 tea spoon.
  9. sugar 1 teaspoon.
  10. FOR FILLING :
  11. Minsed mutton 100gm.
  12. Finely chopped tomato 1 tablespoon.
  13. Finely chopped onion 1tablespoon.
  14. Chopped coriander leaves 1 tablespoon.
  15. garlic powder 1 tea spoon.
  16. Sumac powder 1/2 teaspoon.
  17. salt 1/2 teaspoon.
  18. Red chilli 1/2 teaspoon.
  19. pepper powder 1 teaspoon.
  20. Grated mozarella cheese 1/2 cup.
  21. Nigella seed 1/2 teaspoon.
  22. Seasmame seed 1/2 teaspoon.

Instructions

  1. In a cup take sugar and instant yeast. add 1/2 cup warm water , mix and cover. Leave for 15 mins.
  2. In a bowl take all purpose flour,mix salt, oil and yeast solution. Make a soft dough adding warm water as per requirment.
  3. Cover the dough and leave for 3 hours.
  4. Mix egg and butter in a bowl,blend and keep aside.
  5. Now mix all ingridients of filling in a bowl,marinate for 30 mins.
  6. After 3 hours,kneed the dough for 2 mins .Divide into 4 equal parts.
  7. Roll each part into oval shape,put one fourth mutton filling on it like shown in picture.
  8. Roll edges from all side .Brush the sides with butter_egg mixture.
  9. Sprinkle nigella seeds and sesame on edges.
  10. Seal the both ends by preesing the pide with fingers.
  11. Preheat an oven on 200°c for 10 minutes.
  12. Bake for 25_30 minutes till pides are golden.
  13. Serve hot.
