Ingredients to make Chocolate Pastry Cake

  • 8 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 8 tbsp sugar
  • 6 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 6 tbsp Milk
  • 6 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 egg

How to make Chocolate Pastry Cake

  1. Pre heat oven at 180 degree, and grease the cake tin with butter and spread some all purpose flour over it, keep aside.
  2. Sieve maida, cocoa powder, baking powder together.
  3. In another bowl break an egg, add sugar, milk and oil. Whisk it with an electric beater or by using hand beater till the sugar melts completely.
  4. Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mix it well.
  5. Fill the batter in the cake tin and bake the cake for around 20-25 minutes at 180 degree centigrade.
  6. For Icing: I used blue bird whipped cream instant topping.
