Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 Cup boiled corn kernels or frozen corn
  2. 1 onion auto spring onion chopped
  3. two seedless tomatoes chopped n diced
  4. 1 capsicum chopped and diced
  5. two green chillies and chopped coriander
  6. 2 tbsp oil
  7. salt to taste
  8. half tea cup green chutney
  9. half tea cup tomato sauce
  10. 2 tbsp Chili garlic sauce
  11. some lettuce leaves
  12. some potato chips or any bread rolls

Instructions

  1. heat oil and Saute onion and chilli
  2. add corn and capsicum cook for 2-3 minutes
  3. cook for 1 minute
  4. put it on lettuce leaves surrounded by chips
  5. Garnishh by coriander or mint
  6. Pour some Green chutney and red sauce
  7. hot sizzler Pan can be used
  8. add tomato salt and coriander
