Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup sprouted moong
  2. 1/2 cup pomegranate seeds
  3. 1/2 cup Strawberry pieces
  4. 1/2 cup cucumber pieces
  5. 1/2 cup carrots pieces
  6. 1/2 cup apple pieces
  7. 1/4 cup blueberries
  8. 1 tbs Chaat masala
  9. 1 tbs pickle masala
  10. 1 tbs lemon juice
  11. 1 tsp black pepper powder
  12. 1tsp black salt
  13. salt to taste
  14. 2 tbs olive oil

Instructions

  1. Boil sprouted moong in the water with salt and turmeric powder.
  2. Boil just 5 minutes.
  3. Then remove all water and cool down for 15 minutes.
  4. Add in a bowl all veggies and fruits.
  5. Add all spices and sugar.
  6. Add olive oil and mix well.
  7. Serve in a platter and garnish with strawberries.
  8. Serve cool and enjoy.
