Veg Cheese Balls

Ingredients to make Veg Cheese Balls

  • Boiled mashed potato 1 cup
  • Boiled green peas mashed 1/2 cup
  • Steamed french beans chopped 1/4 cup
  • carrots Chopped 1/4cup
  • Mix steamed sprouts 2 tbsp
  • Cheese medium cubes
  • salt to taste
  • Chiili flakes 1 tbsp
  • green chilly 2 to 3
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  • oil for deep frying

How to make Veg Cheese Balls

  1. For veg ball mixture
  2. First we boil potato & green peas, then all vegetables means french beans, carrots, steamed well
  3. Now take a bowl nicely mash potato & green peas, add chopped green chilly, chilli flakes, garam masala powder, salt to taste, mix well & keep aside.
  4. Now take blanched vegetables finely chopped, mix in 1 st potato mixture & mix all together.
  5. Now take cheese cubes coat with corn starch keep aside.
  6. Now take vegetable mixture, mix well, take 10 to 12 gm mixture dough, make round with hand keep 1 cube of cheese in mixture now make round.
  7. Ready all balls dip in bread crumbs coat nicely.
  8. Now take deep pan add oil, heat and add balls (at a time 4 to 5 depends size of pan), fry on medium flame till light brown colour & crispy.
  9. After deep fry remove all balls on tissues it will help remove extra oil
  10. Now serve with green chutney or ketchup.
