Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 cup of peeled and chopped Ridge gourd
  2. 1 tsp oil
  3. 1/2 Onion chopped
  4. 4 to 5 clives Garlic
  5. 1 inch ginger
  6. 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  7. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  8. Pinch of turmeric powder
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Tamarind small size
  11. 1 tsp Jaggery
  12. 1 Green chilli chopped according to your spicy level


  1. 1.Firstly ridge gourd peeled and chopped, take all ingredients chopped and cleaned in plate.
  2. 2. Take a pan and heat the oil, Add chopped chilli, garlic, chopped Onion, ridge gourd, saute 1 min,
  3. 3. Next add cumin seeds, coriander, tamarind, jaggery, turmeric, salt mix well and till saute for a 2 to 3 mins.
  4. 4. Cool them completely and grind to paste as Shown in the picture.
  5. 5.Finally ridge gourd chutney is ready to serve. Serve with chapati or roti.
