Prawns Egg Curry

Ingredients to make Prawns Egg Curry

  • 4 eggs (number of eggs depends on the serves)
  • 500 grams small/medium size Prawns
  • 1 tablespoon musturd seeds
  • 1 tablespoon jeera
  • 1 Tablespoon turmeric
  • 1 tablespoon homemade masla powder
  • 1 tablespoon homemade daniya powder
  • 1 green chilli
  • 4 onions
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tomatto
  • curry leaves (optinal)
  • 1/4 bunch coriander leaves
  • 1/4 tablespoon ginger garlic paste

How to make Prawns Egg Curry

  1. Wash Prawns with Salt and turmeric and keep aside. Mix 1/4 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste, pinch of salt, 1/4 tablespoon chilli powder, 1/4 tablespoon oil and washed prawns in a bowl. Keep aside for marinate.
  2. Take a pan and keep it on stove. Now, fry musturd seeds, jeera, onion pieces,green chilli pieces upto light brown color.
  3. Fry eggs until golden yellow color and keep aside.
  4. Now add tomatto pieces, half cooked prawns and fried eggs and keep the lid.
  5. Now add salt, Daniya powder and Masala Powder and mix well.
  6. Add chilli powder based on taste.
  7. Add coriander pieces at the end of the cooking
