Vanilla Cake with Pineapple Filling

Ingredients to make Vanilla Cake with Pineapple Filling

  • 2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup malai or fresh cream
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2 to 3 drops vanilla essence
  • Whipping cream for decoration
  • pineapple crush

How to make Vanilla Cake with Pineapple Filling

  1. Sift flour and baking powder.
  2. Mix milk, fresh cream and sugar together with blender.
  3. Add vanilla essence.
  4. Then add dry ingredients and mix properly using cut and fold method.
  5. Preheat oven at 200 °celsius for 10 minutes. Then pour batter in mould and bake at 160°celsius for 45 minutes or till toothpick comes out clean.
  6. After that cut the cake from the middle and apply whipping cream and pineapple crush. Put the second half and decorate with whipping cream.
