Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Brokenwheat (Daliya) 1/4 Cup
  2. Carrot chopped 2 tbsp
  3. Capsicum chopped 2 tbsp
  4. French beans chopped 2 tbsp
  5. Spinach chopped (Palak) 1/2 Cup
  6. Salt as per taste
  7. Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  9. Oil 1 tbsp
  10. Spring onion for garnish
  11. Water 2 Cup


  1. First of all boil broken wheat and keep it aside.
  2. In a pan add oil, add carrot, French beans, capsicum and spinach sauté it well.
  3. Now in the vegetable mix add boiled broken wheat then add salt as per taste, pepper powder. Now pour water and boil it.
  4. In this soup add lemon juice.
  5. Serve it hot and sprinkle spring onions on top.
