Take gram flour. Add water and buttermilk to it. Mix it well. Checkout no lumbs should be there.
Take a pan and pour this batter in it. Stir it continuosly till batter becomes thicken. Now put this batter immediately on a grease platform or grease thali. Spread it with a spatula or scraper in very thin layer on it.
Let it be cool down for 2 minutes. Then cut it with a knife horizontally and then roll it out. Take oil in a pan .Put mustard seeds in it.
Let it cracker for while. Add teel to it. Add curry leaves . Add dry chilly.Finally add Asafoetida to it.
And now finally pour this tempering on Khandvi and garnish it with corainder and dessicated coconut . Our Khandvi is ready to eat friends
