Egg Bhurji

Ingredients to make Egg Bhurji

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 chopped onions
  • 1 green chilly
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 tsp red chilly powder
  • 1/4 th tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tsp oil
  • salt as per taste
  • Pinch of pepper powder
  • Few slices of white bread

How to make Egg Bhurji

  1. Heat oil in a nonstick pan. Add sliced green chillies and onions, saute till translucent.
  2. Add finely chopped tomatoes.
  3. Add salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder and mix well.
  4. Then break eggs and add into the masala, stir to scramble. Stir for another 3 minutes.
  5. Add coriander leaves and pepper powder.
  6. Serve with white bread.

My Tip:

You can have this with chapati or wraps.
