Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 100 gms Kachhi haldi (Raw haldi)
  2. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  3. salt to taste
  4. 2 tsp mustard oil
  5. 1/2 mustard seeds
  6. 1/2 kalonji (onion seeds)
  7. 1/2 red chili powder
  8. 1/2 tsp fennel powder
  9. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  10. pinch of hing
  11. 1/4 tsp mango powder

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop them (just like julienne).
  2. Take a pan, heat oil, add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, kalonji, fennel powder, let it crackle.
  3. Then add turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder, hing and 1/4 tsp mango powder
  4. Then add Julienne of Haldi and toss it for 5-8 mins in low flame.
