Charcoal cauliflower gravy base on lndia spices without onion and garlic cook on low flame

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Cauliflower 1 small size
  2. Ghee 5 tbsp
  3. Turmeric powder 1 tbsp
  4. Red chilli powder 1tbsp
  5. Coriander powder 1 tbsp
  6. Cumin powder 1 tbsp
  7. Garam masala powder 1 tbsp
  8. Sugar 1 tsp
  9. Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  10. Charcoal 1 piece
  11. Boil water 1 jug
  12. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Clean and cut Cauliflower
  2. Soak Cauliflower in a boil water for 10 minute drain water properly
  3. Marinate cauliflower with all lndia n spices with salt sugar add three tbsp ghee and cover kept for 2 hours
  4. Heat kadhai add 1 tbsp ghee wait untill melt add cumin seed let them spraking
  5. Now low the flame add marinated cauliflower mix it cover and cook untill done
  6. Now place a small bowl into a gravy add burn charcoal add ghee cover for 10 - 15 minute so smoke flavour absorb by the cauliflower
  7. Check the seasoning
  8. Dish is ready to serve with paratha/ roti
