Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potato 2 medium
  2. Cauliflower 1 medium
  3. Beans 250 gms
  4. Carrots 4 nos
  5. Onion paste 2 medium
  6. Ginger Garlic Paste
  7. Green chilies 4 nos
  8. Tomato puree 2 medium
  9. Cumin seeds for temper
  10. Turmeric powder 1 tbs
  11. Coriander powder 1 tbs
  12. Roasted cumin powder 1 tbs
  13. Garam masala 1 tbs
  14. Cream 1/2 cup
  15. Salt to taste
  16. Oil for fry


  1. Wash , clean, peel and chopped the vegetables.
  2. Next deep fried the vegetables one by one.
  3. Keep all the vegetables aside after fried.
  4. Next preheat the pan with oil and add cumin seeds.After it gets spluts add ginger garlic paste and saute until rawness goes out.
  5. Next add onion paste and green chilies and saute for some time.
  6. Next add tomato puree and fry until oil separates.
  7. Next add all dry spices one by one and saute for few minutes.
  8. Now its time to add cream and saute until oil separates.
  9. Next add all the vegetables and combine all masala and veggies together.
  10. Next add a little amount of water and fry for sometime.When its done turn off the flame and serve hot.
