Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2 cups shredded cabbage
  2. 2 cups grated carrot
  3. 1 cup chopped spring onions
  4. 1 tbsp soya sauce
  5. 1 tbsp Red chilli sauce
  6. 1/2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  7. 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 10 tbsp flour
  10. 2 tbsp corn flour
  11. oil for deep fry
  12. For semi-gravy:
  13. Oil 6 tbsp
  14. 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  15. 5 tbsp spring onions
  16. 1/2 capscicum (cutted in small cubes)
  17. 7 tbsp schezwan sauce
  18. 10 tbsp soya sauce
  19. 1 tbsp Red chilli sauce
  20. 3 tbsp corn flour mixed in 1/2 cup water
  21. 1 Cup water


  1. In a mixing bowl add cabbage carrot and spring onions.
  2. Then add soya sauce and red chiili sauce ginger garlic paste salt and pepper and mix with your hand.
  3. Then add flour and corn flour and mix tightly.
  4. Heat oil make circles of the batter then deep fry them.
  5. Then remove and absorb the excess oil.
  6. And keep aside.
  7. Then in a pan heat oil.
  8. Add ginger garlic paste and saute well then add spring onions and capcicum.
  9. Then add the sauces and mix well.
  10. Then add the corn flour water and mix .
  11. Then add the water and let it thicken.
  12. Then add salt and pepper and mix.
  13. The put balls and mix untill balls are covered in gravy.
  14. Turn off the gas remove in a bowl.
  15. And serve.
