Ingredients to make Aalu nazakat

  • potatoes 5 big size
  • For stuffing...
  • cottage cheese 150 gram
  • Chopped cashews 2 teaspoons
  • Kishmish 2 teaspoons
  • Chopped coriander leaves 1 teaspoon
  • Chopped fresh mint leaves 1 teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • Red pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Green chilli paste 1 teaspoon
  • Finely chopped ginger 1 teaspoon
  • Garam masala Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ingredients for marination...
  • Hung curd 1 cup
  • Dry roasted gram flour 1/2 cup
  • ginger paste 1 teaspoon
  • garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  • Green chilli paste 1 teaspoon
  • cumin powder 1 teaspoon
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Red chilli Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Garam masala Powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chaat masala 1/2 teaspoon
  • Kasoori methi 1/2 teaspoon
  • Hot oil 1 teaspoon
  • Ingredients for honey chilli sauce....
  • oil 1 teaspoon
  • Seasmae seeds 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce 1 teaspoon
  • red chilli sauce 2 teaspoons
  • tomato sauce 2 teaspoons
  • honey 1 teaspoon
  • onion 1 piece
  • capsicum 1/2 piece
  • cornflour 2 teaspoons

How to make Aalu nazakat

  1. Peel and wash potatoes
  2. Scoop out the middle part of potatoes
  3. Deep fry the potatoes and the scooped out potatoes till golden
  4. Keep fried big potatoes aside
  5. In mashed small pieces of fried potatoes add mashed cottage cheese
  6. Mix all the spices of stuffing and dry fruits in it
  7. Mix well
  8. Fill this stuffing in fried potatoes
  9. Now make marination by mixing hung curd in roasted gram flour
  10. Add all the three pastes
  11. Add all the spices
  12. Mix well
  13. Marinate stuffed potatoes in it
  14. Now grill on convection mode for 15 minutes at 180 degree
  15. Meanwhile make sauce
  16. Put a vok on heat
  17. Add oil
  18. Add seasmae seeds
  19. Add chopped onions and capsicum
  20. Add salt and pepper powder
  21. Add cornflour mixed in 1 cup water
  22. Take a boil
  23. Turn off the flame
  24. Transfer the gravy in a tray
  25. Arrange grilled aalu nazakat in it
  26. Serve hot
