Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Idli rawa -1 cup
  2. Oats powder-1cup
  3. Curd-1cup
  4. Boiled Corn kernels-2 tbsp
  5. Coriander finely chopped-2 tbsp/half bowl
  6. Ginger-green chilli paste-1tbsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Soda - 1/4 th tsp
  9. Red chili powder for sprinkling
  10. Oil and water -half bowl


  1. Take 1 mixing bowl;add oats powder,idli rawa and curd.mix it well.
  2. Give rest for 30 min.
  3. Now add boiled corn kernels,coriander,salt ,soda,ginger-green chili paste and hot oil and water . Mix well and make batter.
  4. Pour batter into the idli mould, pat it and sprinkle red chili powder.
  5. steam it for 15 min.let it cool down.serve soft and spongy idli with chutney n malga podi powder.Garnish plate with corn kernel n coriander leaves.
