Amla morabba

Ingredients to make Amla morabba

  • amla 1 kg
  • water 3 cup
  • sugar 1 kg (less n more than as your taste)
  • salt as your taste
  • Fenal seed 2 table spoon (roasted)powder
  • red chilli 2 pieces (roasted) powder

How to make Amla morabba

  1. wash the Amla n slit on each
  2. boil water with salt
  3. add Amla and boil 5 minutes
  4. add sugar and boil 10 minutes
  5. when it cools completely add roasted fennel and red chilli powder
  6. then store in air tight bottle
  7. ready amla murabba

My Tip:

One n two days for the salt and sugar n flovour to get into the amla
