Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Amla/Goosberies 1/2kg
  2. Sugar 1kg
  3. Ginger juice 1/2cup
  4. 1 cup dryfruits
  5. 1 tsp black salt

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean Amla.
  2. Pressure cook till it becomes soft.while pressure cook don't put water in it. After cooling separate seed.
  3. Take sugar in to pan make thick chasani by adding ginger juice and black salt.
  4. Roast All the dryfruits.
  5. Put Amla pieces and rosted dryfruits in to the sugar syrup /chasani.
  6. Dryfruits and Amla murbba is ready.
