Ingredients to make Thepla

  • wheat flour == 3 cups
  • Fresh methi == 2 cups
  • ghee for moyan == 1 tbsp
  • curd ==3 tbspn
  • green chilly == 3 grated
  • White til ==1 tspn
  • ginger ==1 tspn grated
  • red chilly pow== 2 tspn
  • turmeric Powder ==1/2 tspn
  • Garam masala ==1/2 tspn
  • Ajwain == 1/2 tspn
  • salt to taste
  • ghee for shallow fry

How to make Thepla

  1. Mix all ingredients into a bowl nd kneed dough with required water . And keep aside for 10 minutes .
  2. Now take some doe ad make a small size ball nd roll with pin .
  3. Then shallo fry on twa like prantha . From both sides
  4. Do same process WITH all dough
  5. Our yummy delicious theplas ready .. serve with butter
