Spring onion made with poppy Seeds

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 5 spring onions
  2. 2 tbsp Poppy seeds paste with 2 red chilly
  3. 1 tsp termuric powder
  4. 2 tsp or according to taste "salt"
  5. 2 tbsp Mustard Oil
  6. 1 big size potato


  1. Wash and choop spring onions and potatoes.
  2. Heat up a kadai, add oil and panch foran after cracked add chopped veggies.
  3. Add salt and termuric and cook on simmer gas until it will cooked very well.
  4. After 10 or 15 minutes check with spatula, if cooked nicely then add poppy seeds paste .
  5. Saute 2 minutes then turn off the gas. Garnish with spring onions leaf.
  6. Serve with rice or any types of paratha.
