Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1/2 kg Makka ka aata
  2. 2 litre buttermilk
  3. 2 tbsp cumin
  4. 2 tbsp salt

Instructions

  1. Take buttermilk into the pan and add daliya.
  2. Add salt as per your taste
  3. Cook the mixture 30-40 min till the makka ka daliya become soft if required you can add water in between
  4. Your raab is ready to eat serve with roasted cumin.
