Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 carrot grated
  2. 1 cup all purpose floor (maida)
  3. 1cup sugar powder
  4. 1 tbsp vanill essence
  5. 1 tsp salt
  6. 2 eggs
  7. 1 cup chopped dry fruits
  8. 1 tsp backing powder
  9. 1/2 tsp backing soda
  10. 2 tbsp vegetable oil/ butter

Instructions

  1. Grate all the carrots, chopped the dry fruits and greese the cake tin .
  2. Pre heat the oven for 15 minutes.
  3. Now , take a mixing bowl, in which mix the eggs , powdered sugar, butter and vanilla extract together. Beat until it becomes creamy.
  4. Now sieve all the dry ingredients, which is all purpose floor, backing soda , backing powder and salt.
  5. Now, mix the dry ingredients into the liquid batter . And slowly mix with spatula.
  6. Now mix 1/2 cup chopped dry fruits and grated carrots into the cake batter.
  7. Now transfer the batter into the cake tin and bake for 30 minutes at 180 degree.
  8. Now after 30 minutes, check with toothpick, if it is baked perfectly or not.
  9. If required then bake for 5 minutes more. Otherwise it's ok.
  10. Serve when it cools down. Enjoy with your family :blush:.
